Sendera ranch is a neighborhood ideally situated
near the intersection of 1488 and 2978/Honea
Egypt Road. Although it is in the heart of bustling
SW Montgomery County the ample-spaced home sites
on 1.5 to 5 acre parcels provide a peaceful
and tranquil setting. The wooded terrain also
provides some interesting contour changes with
two creeks that cross through the neighborhood
that have become deep ravines over the last
several hundred years. Even though the neighborhood
was only developed in 1993 it is 85% built out
with (at last count) 154 homes on 214 lots.
The lot values have grown 120% in the last 10
years and in relation in other acreage neighborhoods
in SW Montgomery are still undervalued in this
author’s opinion.

The data for properties for sale in the neighborhood
will be updated daily and the sales report monthly.
We also invite neighbors to provide digital
images and photos of the neighborhood and residents
to be displayed on the site either on the public
side of the site or within the resident’s
only access.
The
resident’s only access portion of the
site will remain accessible to property owners
only. Only the web master will have access to
the information shared on the resident’s
only side of the site. Each property owner will
be provided an access code for entry once ownership
is verified and that code will only be good
as long as they own property in the neighborhood.
This will be a secure access and a place where
neighbors can share information openly with
each other without the threat of the public
being privy. The resident’s access will
not be immediately available but should be operation
at the latest by the end of May. A database
will be started from the tax records for each
property owner in the neighborhood and then
each property may go into the system and add
to their information or delete their records
as they may choose. We realize some people enjoy
their community involvement as much as some
people enjoy their anonymity and we respect
both. In the event that you enjoy the community
involvement and want to share your information
with your neighborhoods, share your civic pride
and want to be participate in the virtual neighborhood
atmosphere this is the place for you.
